This page is about our trip to Bangkok and Pattaya in Thailand.
This is Koh San Road and probably the most touristic street in whole Bangkok.

Our guesthouse was close to the Royal Palace...

...as well as to the Weekend Market.

Delicious food could be found in every corner!

Of course we couldn't miss a boat trip around Bangkok.

By the way we shaved our head :)
On 12th of August it was her majesty's, the queen of Thailand, Birthday. Almost everywhere could be found free food and drinks. This day is also celebrated as Mothers Day in Thailand.

Instead we celebrated our naked heads. :)
Of course visiting temple's is also a must in Thailand.
Wat Po is one of the most famous ones in Bangkok.

Just a little outside of Bangkok we made a new friend!

And we also discovered the famous Floating Market.

Back in Bangkok we searched for a place to relax..

..and found Lumphini Park.

It had some very unique inhabitants.

Another and very modern side of Bangkok is Siam Square.
Skyscrapers and Shopping Centers could be seen everywhere.

After a few days of discovering Bangkok we dedicated our 3-days-trip to Pattaya..

..which is located next to the Sea and as modern as Bangkok.
We even found a Turkish restaurant!

Pattaya is also a paradise for sea sports.

Back in Bangkok we tried out the subway and skytrain system for the first time.

Thailand and Cambodia really changed our views towards our world and opened our minds. We recommend everyone to come here by him- or herself and discover a totally different world from what we know and see in Europe.
